What affects the price
- Building height and how the crew reaches the facade (rope access, swing stage or lift)
- Size of the job: panes, linear feet of sealant or square feet of wall
- Condition of the surface and how much prep or removal it needs
- Oceanfront exposure, which usually means more salt buildup and prep
- Access and scheduling rules for occupied buildings
- Combining services in one visit, which shares access costs and lowers the total
Pricing questions
Why do you show price ranges instead of exact prices?
Every building is different. Height, access, condition and the size of the job all change the price, so we give typical ranges here and an exact price after we see your building.
How do I get an exact price?
Request a quote with your building address, number of floors and what you need. We'll schedule a walk-through and send a written quote with the scope and price.
Is it cheaper to combine services?
Usually, yes. Window cleaning, caulking, waterproofing and painting can share the same access equipment and setup, so doing them in one visit lowers the total cost.
What is included in a quote?
Your quote spells out the scope, materials, access method and cleanup, and lists anything separate, such as permits or engineering if a project needs them.
